No planner can reserve the gym floor. A rack becomes occupied, a cable breaks or a class takes over the space. The plan should be editable without losing its structure.
Reorder with a reason
Move an exercise when it improves access or keeps related equipment together. Try to preserve the main movement early enough that fatigue does not undermine it.
Merge and separate supersets
AnyGear's workout editor supports adjusting exercise order and superset structure. If two nearby accessories become available, pairing them may save time. If a planned pair becomes impractical, separate it into straight sets.
Visual drag feedback helps make the structure clear before you start logging. Still, inspect the result: a tidy interface cannot decide whether two demanding movements are a sensible physiological combination.
Keep the training intent visible
- Protect primary work.
- Avoid creating a superset only to save screen space.
- Keep warm-up and cardio blocks in their roles.
- Use alternatives when equipment, not impatience, is the problem.
Flexible planning is not plan failure. It is how a good program survives a real environment.
