Reschedule the Workout, Not the Goal

Reschedule the Workout, Not the Goal

A missed calendar slot does not have to become a missed week. Move the planned workout and preserve the intention behind it.

Training calendars meet real calendars. Work runs late, family plans change, recovery takes longer or the gym closes. Treating every missed date as a failed workout makes consistency unnecessarily brittle.

The plan and the date are different things

AnyGear now lets you reschedule a planned workout. Moving the session preserves its structure and purpose while acknowledging that the original time no longer works.

Before moving it, look at the rest of the week. Placing two demanding sessions back to back may solve the calendar while creating a recovery problem.

A simple rescheduling rule

  1. Move the important session to the next realistic opening.
  2. Recheck the location and available time.
  3. Adjust lower-priority volume if the week becomes crowded.
  4. Do not “repay” missed work by doubling everything.

Consistency is adaptable

A rigid streak can be motivating until life interrupts it. A resilient routine expects change and has a way to continue. Rescheduling keeps the promise of the workout without pretending the calendar is under perfect control.
