Adaptive training works best when each workout belongs to a larger direction. AnyGear Program v2 introduces six-week training blocks that combine stable structure with day-level flexibility.
Stable anchors
The program uses recurring Upper/Lower anchors so important patterns do not disappear into random selection. You can lock preferred anchors, while pain-related substitutions stay scoped to the workout that needs them.
Progression from recent evidence
Double progression looks at recent completed exposures. Repetitions can advance within the target range before load increases, helping the next target reflect what you actually achieved.
Time and readiness still matter
Personal duration calibration, selective ramp-up sets and stable accessories help the session fit the requested window. Readiness rules can adjust the day without rewriting completed workout history.
- Review the six-week direction.
- Lock an anchor only when you have a real preference.
- Log completed sets and effort honestly.
- Let one difficult day adjust the day—not erase the block.
The result is a program with memory: consistent enough to measure, adaptive enough to live in a real week.
Evidence note
Program v2's progression logic is informed by established resistance-training progression principles and the wider evidence on autoregulated resistance training. Those sources support the concepts; they do not independently validate AnyGear's specific six-week algorithm.
