Your own routine or guided planning?

AnyGear

For the starter preview, enter your goal, profile, experience, location and time. The workout appears in your account automatically. Pro adds further planning and a six-week program; changing location stays within that shared program.

AnyGear

Hevy

In Hevy, build a routine, choose a template or log as you go. Hevy Pro Trainer also offers programs based on goals and preferences, with weight and rep recommendations. Calling Hevy only a logger would miss part of its offering.

What is free and what is paid?

AnyGear

With an account, log one saved starter workout once in full without Pro. This lets you try one specific session. Edits, the next plan and Kora require Pro. Start the subscription in the phone app; the store provides its terms.

AnyGear

Hevy

Hevy free supports ongoing logging, 4 routines and 7 custom exercises. The stats view has a limited time range; this does not mean old workouts are deleted. Pro adds unlimited routines, longer chart history and Trainer, among other features.

Feedback and training environment

AnyGear

AnyGear models location equipment, weight sets and zones. With Pro, Kora uses logged sets, history and feedback. You approve and manage persistent memories. This workflow can suit you if you want to provide context for recommendations.

AnyGear

Hevy

Hevy provides set logging, previous values, rest timers and RPE; Trainer recommends progression. The community feed, following and comments add another reason to use it. If social training matters to you, try that alongside your own routine.

Phone, web and watch logging

AnyGear

Use the same account on web, iPhone and Android. Apple Watch pairs with iPhone, Wear OS with Android; watches are optional. The Android guide below covers planning, logging and compatibility limits.

Hevy

Hevy supports web, iPhone, Android, Apple Watch and Wear OS. Its Wear OS documentation excludes Tizen watches, including Samsung models before Galaxy Watch 4. Check installation and synchronization on the exact device you use.

How to make your choice

For ongoing free logging of your own routine, Hevy free covers more sessions than AnyGear’s one-time starter. If equipment-based planning and Kora context appeal to you, try AnyGear. For guided planning, compare Hevy Trainer too.

Try the same training situation

Use the same location, equipment and time budget in both apps. Review the plan, log a session, then inspect history and the next recommendation. Test the features you would pay for on your own phone.

One free starter workout. More options with Pro.

  1. 1. Tell us the basics

Goal, profile and experience, location, time budget and weekly frequency. The location type supplies starter equipment; adjust it to your actual equipment later.

  2. 2. Review the preview

See the proposed exercises, sets and targets. A preview is not yet a saved or completed workout.

  3. 3. Create your account

The previewed workout is added to your account automatically. Verify your email for email registration. Use the same account on web and mobile.

Why do you need the mobile app to subscribe?

AnyGear currently uses App Store and Google Play in-app purchases; there is no web checkout. Install the app, sign in to the same AnyGear account and open the Pro offer. The store shows your trial, price and renewal terms before confirmation. Access belongs to that same AnyGear account.
